The colder weather and shorter days means that it’s the prime season for cozy baking. I love to bake, and one of my favourite things to make is brownies. They’re super simple to make, and the end result is so deliciously luxurious. They are insanely chocolatey, fudgey and rich - perfect for a snack alongside a cup of tea or an after dinner sweet treat.
